Pride goes before a fall
It will make a dwarf feel like he’s ten feet tall
Even when in reality he remains so wholly small
I can still recall the Biblical account on the Apostle Paul
Who had been tormenting Christians as predator Saul
So, God first made him to fall
And then gave the man an overhaul
You who has been taking so many people for a ride
When God comes for His faithful bride
You may run but you cannot hide
You will be tossed around like a plastic cup in a river tide
And finally get thrown into the devil’s door so open wide
All because of your foolish pride.
